Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Blanca Kerschen State Farm, you will play a vital role in helping our customers stay well informed and happy with the service they are being provided. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
