Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Sell life insurance policies to existing Farmers clients, focusing on their unique needs and financial goals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine appropriate coverage options for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in our customer management system.
Requirements:
- Valid and active Life Insurance license (must have prior to start date).
- Understanding of life insurance products, policies, and underwriting processes.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to cultivate relationships with new clients and nurture those relationships with current clients
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong follow-thru, and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be highly self-motivated and career-minded
