Part Time File Clerk
Looking for a fast-paced and friendly environment, where you can make a difference? Big Brand Tire & Service is rapidly growing and looking for a file clerk to join our Accounting department.
Duties:
- Manage utility bills, across multiple states (high volume)
- New store utility transfers
- Maintain utility tracking report
- Gather and organize files and documents, digital and hard copy
- Sorting, matching and distributing AP invoices (high volume)
- Sorting and delivering mail
- Maintaining current AP filing system
- Support large AP dept as needed
- Other duties as assigned
