Techead is seeking a Sr. BSA for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Richmond, VA.

The Sr. BSA will be responsible for providing support for internal HR customers for both projects and application support, primarily lending expertise in project work to move time and payroll solutions to new a module. 

Responsibilities:

1) Devise or modify procedures to solve complex systems problems.

2) Align technology solutions with business strategies.

3) Partner with functional groups within the IT organization to communicate and clarify business needs, contribute to the development of long-range system plans, and ensure products and services are aligned with business needs.

4) Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements. Communicate trends and requirements to and from customers and IT.

5) Work with an individual business unit on multi-project assignments.

Experience:

1) Experience developing process maps, and gathering business requirements, with a strong emphasis on application testing.

2) Adheres to formal change management policies.

3) Expert in time and payroll solutions, including experience in ECP and workforce time, and/or building integrations with SAP financials and time/payroll solutions outside SAP.

4) Proven experience in payroll and time in industry

6) Ability to provide second and third-level support for inquiries submitted to the IT Help Line; utilize Quality Center for documenting and tracking work requests.

7) Data analysis skills and experience troubleshooting application functions or database results.

8) 5+ years of experience supporting HR with expert use of SAP, ECP, Workforce time, and/or supporting integrations to/from SAP with other time and payroll solutions.

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or other education in Information Systems, Mathematics, or Business, or the equivalent technical experience is desired.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined above.
