Led by award winning Chef Michael Mina and Las Vegas’ dynamic duo – Girair “Jerry” Goumroian and Chef Nikolaos Georgousis, Estiatorio Ornos is a Michael Mina Restaurant set in Aventura Mall’s outdoor oasis. It marks the first-of-its-kind restaurant opening in the area offering traditional, simple yet flavorful Greek cuisine. Bringing a cultural, fun experience from the islands, Estiatorio Ornos offers the freshest fish flown in from the Aegean Sea, beloved Mediterranean specialties, and genuine Greek hospitality in an approachable, friendly environment everyone can enjoy.

What you bring to the table:
- 2-4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining atmosphere
- Exceptional communication skills
- Extensive food and wine knowledge
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
- Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS and Microsoft based Computer system
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Salary range: $47-75/hr ($16.99 base rate + $30-68 in hourly tips)
