*Position Summary:*
The Service Worker in our Plant Operations Department will complete work orders and PM’s in a timely manner throughout the hospital grounds. Such task includes preventative maintenance, building repair, electrical and plumbing functions, carpentry, painting, HVAC work, and other maintenance duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Associates degree is preferred

Technical trade school / license is preferred
Valid driver’s license is required

Electrical certification is preferred
Master Electrician preferred
HVAC Certification is preferred
CPR preferred
*_Required Experience: _*
3 years in electrical trade is required
1 year of experience in heating/ventilation/air conditioning/refrigeration and/or plumbing trade is preferred
