**Description**
**The location is Swedish First Hill. The cohort start date is 02/26/2024.**
**$15,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.**
**First payment $5000 to be paid on first paycheck. Second payment $5000 to be paid out after 12 months of employment. Third payment $5000 after 24 months of employment.**
**Relocation is available for applicants who qualify.**

**Required qualifications:**
+ Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
+ Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
+ Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
+ Upon hire: National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association
+ Within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate – NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
+ 1-year of Nursing experience.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty
