Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Blanca Kerschen State Farm, you will play a vital role in helping our customers protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition:Â Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products that suit their unique requirements.
- Lead Generation:Â Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:Â Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Consultative Selling:Â Conducting comprehensive consultations with customers to identify their coverage needs and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Team Collaboration:Â Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Sales Experience:Â Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we encourage individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed to apply.
- Communication Skills:Â Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
- Customer-Centric:Â A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Goal-Oriented:Â A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Insurance Knowledge:Â Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices.
- Licensing:Â Personal Lines
