**Job Summary**
The Supervisor of Contingent Workforce Solutions will drive the overall strategy contingent workforce management, planning and staffing, ensure effective vendor and partner relationships and compliance of contingent worker programs. Responsible for the management and oversight of both internal and external contingent worker programs. Collaborate with operations leaders across the organization to understand staffing demands and validate needs against established staffing levels and ratios. Also serve as the connection between operations leaders and the contingent workforce to communicate staffing requests, performance issues, and pass on other valuable information that requires to manage the workforce.
Design strategies to quickly adapt staffing needs in response to increases and decreases in demand, develop capacity/staffing plans including staffing minimums to maintain optimal staffing levels, build reports to demonstrate staffing levels, changes and trends. Establish staffing metrics and leverage data to provide status updates on the contingent workforce to executive leadership. Additionally, establish audit programs to assess recruiting and staffing processes and to evaluate vendor performance. Lead contract consolidation efforts with staffing agency partners including but not limited to contract renegotiations, and Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and/or Requests for Proposals (RFP).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high-caliber consultative skills, with the ability to develop close relations and establish trust. Strong leadership, conflict resolution and team building skills and ability to develop big picture strategy. Coach and develop others with the ability to manage multiple projects in an efficient and organized manner. Understand the critical components associated and required to achieve intended results and ability to assist in hiring, selection, retaining, and leveraging talent. Collaborate and provide feedback in measuring employee performance.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources administration or related field required. Will consider experience in lieu of degree for the right candidate.
Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as employee relation and de-escalation experience.
Minimum three years experience in managing a contingent workforce program, as well as advanced understanding of contingent worker compliance and associated regulations, experience in working with third-party staffing agencies and leading vendor audit processes.
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Certification suggested. Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or SHRM – Certified Professional (CP) certificate preferred.
