Overview
The RN provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process within applicable scope and standards of practice. Will be responsible for coordination of patient flow and liaison for communication among all care providers internally and externally.
Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
Full-Time, 12p-12a with weekend rotation. Current TN or Multi-State RN licensure. Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment. ACLS/PALS/NRP required within 12 months of employment. TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred. One year experience as RN and/or RN Charge Nurse in Emergency Services setting preferred.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available (paid upon hire) along with a $5,000 Retention Bonus paid after 12 months of employment.
