Join a team of motivated unified communication professionals working to transform Sanford Health phone platforms.
**Job Summary**
Provides advanced understanding of the unified communications (UC) infrastructure.
***Cisco network telecom experience required. Assists in evaluating new technology and in shaping the long-term strategy. Assists with the technical coordination during outages across the network. Provides expert Tier 3 support for unified communications technologies, especially Cisco telecom platforms. Operational responsibility of unified communications solutions. Ability to work directly with Internal customers to gather information and troubleshoot issues. Engage and collaborate enterprise-wide to support and maintain solutions to enable effective communications tools. Interact directly with the business to assist in providing direction on appropriate usage of unified communication technologies. Provides support and guidance to UC engineer and technician staff.
Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required or five years’ experience related to communication technology.
Valid Driver’s License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
