This position is responsible for the direct and indirect care of pain management patients on a day to day basis, including hands-on patient care in both clinic and procedures. The clinic manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the specialty staff under their charge, as well as developing and monitoring quality improvement issues and assuring competent staff members can meet patient needs. This position will require you to leverage excellent communication skills to build credibility, develop relationships, and navigate team leadership to deliver strong operational performance and provide high-quality clinical care.

Qualifications:**
· Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state
· Two years’ experience as a clinical nurse and in office management in a hospital environment – preferred experience in surgery, pre-op, PACU, ER, cardiac care, or critical care
· Basic Life Support (BLS) required 30 days from hire date
· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required 30 days from hire date
