ETL/ANALYTICS DEVELOPER – HYBRID – C2H/Contract to Hire
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a mid-level ETL/Analytics Developer who has a strong working knowledge and experience with advanced SQL scripting/querying, UNIX/shell scripting and has worked with large datasets (millions of records). Working knowledge of Python or PySpark is a big plus!
This is a C2H and hybrid role which requires 2-3 days onsite for the first three months then can be 100% remote. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected organization that offers tremendous career growth potential.

ETL/Analytics Developer Job Summary:
Responsible for development, programming, coding of Information Technology solutions using Python to enable Customer Experience applications. Responsible for documentation of the system, conduct unit tests, peer code reviews and maintenance of internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products. Responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application.
ETL/ANALYTICS DEVELOPER REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3+-years of development in a professional setting for ETL / analytics purposes
- Strong working experience with querying/scripting, UNIX/shell scripting and some work with large data sets (millions)
- Must have experience developing back-end processes and API services and an understanding of Python programming and required libraries to develop REST API Services.
- Candidate must possess the ability to take methodical approach to evaluate various libraries with pros and cons to meet business / technical requirements.
- Candidate will be expected to demonstrate their understanding of the library that were used in their projects
- Fully involved in technical grooming, implementing, and maintaining solutions (examples include: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Visual Studio Code, and Git would all be considered) for REST Python services and continuous deployment.
- Testing the application and developing automated process to perform various tests locally using PyTest.
