Overview
Client is looking for a Hospital Auditor!
- IP, OBS, OP, ED (i/i for some markets- no for No call), ambulatory
- they understand that this is unique, clarify what they are strongest on and what they have done
- Production- 6 charts an hours ed/ OP, 4-6 for OBS, 2.5 for IP, much more of an average vs a requirement, does vary by markets
- Quality over production within reason
- Have an issue log for advice to auditors
- Doing monthly coding reviews- 6 charts a month per coder, average a quarter
- Provide laptop for Nor Call and So Cal but may change
- Teams heavily used
- Want someone who can participate and be involved in the monthly meeting as they collaborate to keep a running list of issues and action items
