Weer Insurance Group is hiring at our Chicago Location at 6737 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634. We are looking for a full-time experienced, Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. Insurance license and experience preferred.

You grow our agency through meaningful relations in the community and with our clients and you improve their lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license required
