Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing – PRN Eves and Weekends

Overview

The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the health care setting to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part. This position services short and long term care residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Fauquier Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 113-bed center located on the Fauquier Hospital Campus. This skilled nursing facility offers provides care and respite services to short-term and long-term residents, along with specialty services including physician, occupational, and speech therapy.

Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. The Fauquier Health system offers patient care for a variety of specialty services including Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. The fourth floor of the hospital is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.
