Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member.


We seek a professional individual who can work with our clients and policyholders. Someone who is comfortable on the phone and taking a large volume of calls daily and who has very good computer skills. Individual must be licensed in Auto & Fire at the time or hire or within the first 30 days. If you do not currently have a license, training will be provided.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license (preferred or must be able to obtain. If not currently licensed classes and test opportunity provided after hire)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
