Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for a Manager, Organizational & People Development.The Manager, Organizational & People Development will help drive our success by developing content for our new and existing offerings and facilitating key courses and programs. This leader will also build exceptional people capability and create meaningful engagement by leading design, development and execution of leadership development programs. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record as a learning and development professional, who will leverage their expertise in talent management to drive breakthrough organizational effectiveness that enables our team members and leaders to grow and be successful. Given the diversity of our organization, this position requires an enthusiastic professional who has the experience, energy, and discipline to manage multiple responsibilities in a highly complex and demanding environment.

_Talent Management & Development_

* Assist in developing and communicate a strong vision and strategy for talent management, which ensures leadership development goals are achieved.
* Consult with senior leaders and their teams to identify and design custom development experiences to support organizational objectives.
* Coordinate design and development of all talent management tools and processes by first collaborating with HR leaders.
* Oversee design and execution of core talent management processes, including performance management, onboarding and new hire orientation.
* Serve as “thought leader” for implementing best-in-class talent management strategies.
* Seek opportunities to link talent management processes with other key HR processes including leadership and pivotal talent development – i.e. mentoring, coaching, 360 feedback, recognition, etc.

_Leadership & Professional Development_

* Participate in the design, development, facilitation, and evaluation of leadership and professional development programs and courses, high potential development programs and culture training programs across the organization.
* Implement multiple large projects and programs on development, implementation, reporting and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
* Manage the logistics and tactical responsibilities associated with delivering training.
* Assist in the development and creation of eLearning modules using various eLearning authoring tools, as needed.

_Other Responsibilities_

* Assess organizational needs and partner with the business and HR leaders on the overall learning programs and plans.
* Participate in the planning, execution and finalization of on-budget projects according to deadlines and needs.
* Contribute to relationship management across each business unit, human resource professionals and business leads.
* Establish an ongoing process for listening to critical stakeholders about what is important to them

Exhibit an understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.

*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES*: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

*Education*: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or Education. Master’s Degree preferred.

*Experience*: 5 years of learning and development and/or organizational development experience.Minimum of 1 year of experience working with senior leaders and implementing talent development strategies.

Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air
