Overview
This position oversees the activities of the ER and assigned staff during scheduled shifts, provides patient care, enhances department workflow and provides leadership at the point of care.

1. Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse, or Compact licensure as a Registered Nurse and in good standing with the Board
2. BCLS certification required hire.
3. CEN certification preferred
4. Training in Handle with Care required within one year of hire
5. At least three years of experience in an ER Department as an RN required.
6. ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
