**Description**
The Nursing Assistant II performs the duties of a CNA and Health Unit Coordinator or Monitor Tech as required.

**Required qualifications:**
+ Coursework/Training: Successful completion of the Health Unit Coordinator Class. Or equivalent education/experience.
+ Coursework/Training: CNA: Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course.
+ National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
+ Texas Nurse Aide – Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services upon hire
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 1 year Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Health Unit Coordinator.
