Overview
The RT examines patients with breathing-related conditions and conducts diagnostic testing. Consults with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient. Performs physiotherapy and other treatments and teaches patients to use medications.
PRN, work as needed. Current TN CRT or RRT licensure. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment. ACLS/PALS/NRP required within 12 months of employment. Six months to one year experience in Respiratory required.
