Located onsite with a Small Foreign Bank in Midtown, Manhattan
Open due to promotion. Great Career Opportunity for someone working as Teller, Platform Asst in a Retail Branch that would like to move into a Private Bank type role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Handle daily mail and shipping package tasks efficiently.
- Greet and direct customers, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage incoming phone calls via the switchboard.
- Assist with various branch tasks, including cash and debit card handling.
- Provide comprehensive customer services, from new account setup to product explanations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of account documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with various bank departments to resolve customer issues.
- Promptly follow up on customer inquiries, enhancing satisfaction.
- Act as a community ambassador, fostering strong customer relations and community involvement.
Qualification Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of related experience.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
- Broad background in the Bank’s policies, procedures, and banking regulations (State and Federal government).
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
