Payments Officer bilingual Chinese
Promotable Opportunity with a foreign bank located onsite in Manhattan,
with potential to become a team leader!
Base salary range $80K-110K, based on skills and experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year college or university.
- Five to seven years of related experience and training.
- Priority will be given to those with relevant work experience in Chinese banks (3 years above), and fluency in Mandarin is preferred
- Have strong ability to write materials in Chinese
- Have strong organizational and coordination skills, system development & implementation experience or project management
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day supervision of Clearing Division ensuring proper execution of processing, as well as generally efficient operations.
- Responsible for the Bank’s clearing business, clearing strategy, clearing compliance management, revision of policies and procedures, and improvement of internal controls;
- Responsible for the establishment, development and improvement of clearing-related systems;
- Responsible for the implementation of the ISO20022 standard migration
