Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented sales professional to join our team. Sales and customers service experience is a plus. You must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
Benefits Include:
- Hourly pay $20 – $25 (based on experience and licenses held)
- Commission
- Medical after 90 days

Requirements
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
- Insurance sales experience a plus!
- Preferred candidates would be licensed in P&C Insurance willing to get ASAP
