**Providence is calling a Director Communication, Digital Reputation who will:**
+ Be a key strategic partner with executive leadership for patient communications, education, digital reputation and reviews to deliver consistent, clear messaging to all Providence audiences
+ Lead the communication team responsible for providing organization-wide strategy, planning and delivery of communication initiatives in support of Providence strategic priorities
+ Align communication efforts and initiatives across geographic regions, multiple facilities and diverse business units and ensures the organizational voice and narrative, and Mission, Vision, and Values of Providence, including the culture and charisma of our founding congregations, are present in all communication efforts.

**Required qualifications for this position include:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field of study
+ 10+ years of communication experience in health care
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
+ Master’s Degree
+ Experience working with digital reputation and reviews
+ Experience developing and delivering patient facing content and education digitally and in print
+ Experience curating and optimizing patient stories across the system to be used in storytelling
