GobalGreen – Bradley Insurance Agency Has an immediate opening for a full-time Hospitality Representative. We are expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding hospitality team. Fluent in both Spanish and English is preferred.
Our Hospitality Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Responsibilities
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Claims follow up calls.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
