As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice of Surgical Services

*Minimum Education*
Graduate of a LPN Program – Required

BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) – Required to be current upon hire.

Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN (ref: Chapter 1000-02 – .15 LPN Scope of Practice) – Preferred
