JOB SUMMARY |
- Serves as a liaison for Hendrick Medical Supply, new and existing patients, and all referral sources by providing/researching insurance coverage and payment information, also receives and coordinates all referrals.

- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Compose letters/memoranda.
- Input data into computer programs.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Research Information.
- Bilingual
- On call schedule may be required.
