Full job description
SCOPE: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (PLCY) is seeking vendor support for project management, technical writing, and statistics related to its data governance processes and data sharing policies and procedures.
DUTIES: The System Architect shall hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, and at least EIGHT years of experience with computer programming, systems design and architecture, and information technology, and strong speaking and writing skills. The System Architect is key personnel and expected to be a full-time resource. The System Architect shall have a minimum of:
- 5 years of experience with SharePoint development?
- 5 years of Microsoft 365/Cloud experience
- 5 years of System Integration
- 1 year of Collibra (Matrix) Development experience
- 1 year of Power platform experience
