Overview
The High Foundation is actively looking to bring on an Executive Assistant here in Lancaster. I have included all of the details below for your consideration. Please take a look and let me know if you are interested in being considered.RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Provide executive support to the President/CEO and Board or Directors, including but not
limited to calendar including scheduling appointments, travel arrangements and
meetings.
▪ Attend board meetings and committee meetings and take notes.
▪ Under the direction of the President/CEO, prepare board meeting materials and packets,
including committee reports and other documents.
▪ Coordinate work with other staff and support directors in their work
▪ Assist in project planning, event planning and the development of presentations for
internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Perform daily office duties such as screening telephone calls, processing mail,
performing data entry, processing expense reimbursements, and handling incoming and
outgoing invoices and payments.
▪ Prepare, proofread documents, draft emails/memos, prepare meeting materials,
maintain inventory and order office supplies, files documents and maintains contracts.
▪ Work with accountants and auditors for year-end processes.
▪ As asked, attend meetings, take, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
▪ Serve as a resource to others on a variety of subjects including office equipment,
software application usage, inventory management, and information processing
procedures.

people can thrive.EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, along with an understanding of legal entity structures and corporate governance. Paralegal experience would be a benefit. Eight to ten years progressive administrative and management experience, with a minimum of three years’ experience in a C-Suite environment is preferred.WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

▪ Regular work hours, Monday through Friday.
▪ In-office work environment.
▪ Occasional travel as directed.LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent
PAY RATE: $75,000
START DATE: asap, pending interviews HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm
