TriStarr's client, a food manufacturer in Lancaster City, is looking for a Full-time Order Entry Specialist to keep track of orders and provide great customer service of their team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders from emails, phone calls, online order system, and other sources, and input them into the system.
  • Schedule trucks through a third-party system.
  • Call/email customers to verify details or ask questions as needed.
  • Provide backup support to accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  •  Strong data entry skills.
  •  Excellent customer service skills.
  •  Strong organizational skills.
  •  Good information retention.
  •  Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
  •  Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus.
  •  Accounts receivable (A/R) experience is a big plus. 

EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma/GED

Start Date: ASAP, pending interviews.
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour.
Job Type: Temporary for at least 12 weeks.
