Overview
**Description**
Under direction and collaboration with the Assistant Administrator-operations focuses on daily management of assigned counseling center operations. Supervises personnel and coordinates activities of the team. May be assigned to special projects consistent with strategic, fiscal, and operational goals/targets. Assists with business plans, fiscal accountability, and clinical and resource utilization. Fosters change and teamwork. Performs clinical duties of the care role related to professional specialty, as required. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the mission of philosophy of the Providence Health and Services Alaska.

**Hours: Full time,1.0 FTE, Variable Shift, Monday-Friday, 40 Hours Per Week.**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field.
+ Upon hire: Alaska Clinical Social Worker License Or
+ Uupon hire: Alaska Professional Counselor License Or
+ Upon hire: Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License Or
+ Upon hire: Alaska Psychologist License
+ 3 years Behavioral health or social services experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2 years Recent clinical supervisory experience.
