Overview
State Farm Agency, located in Chandler, AZ is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – State Farm Team Member. This is a low-pressure position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent with a flexible Hybrid (In-office/Remote) schedule.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Please only apply if you meet the following criteria; only candidates who meet the below criteria will be considered for this position:
1. Must be able to work in our Chandler, AZ agency location every week on Thursday, Friday and every other Wednesday (9 a.m. – 5 p.m)
2. Must be able to work from home Monday, Tuesday and ever other Wednesday (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
3. Must have an active Property and Casualty license
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer phones and greet clients.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

- Property Casualty license

- Must be able to commute to our Chandler, AZ location on the appointed days.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
