Lead is now hiring heavy equipment operators for a variety of positions for a highway project on the FL Turnpike.


EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

Excavator: perform equipment maintenance, read grade stakes, able to finish, do lakes and ponds, load & unload, experience using GPS systems like Trimble or Top-Con Wage $23-$26

Dozer: perform equipment maintenance, read grade stakes, able to finish, do lakes and ponds, load & unload, experience using GPS systems like Trimble or Top-Con Wage $22-$26

Motor-Grader: perform equipment maintenance, able to use the blade to do rough and fine grading, HWY-parking lot exp, read grade stakes and exp using GPS systems like Trimble or Top-Con Wage $22-$26

Loader: perform equipment maintenance, load soil, debris, rocks, sand, and other materials into dump trucks or in designated areas. Wage $22-$24

Back-Hoe: perform equipment maintenance, perform two functions digging and moving. Able to load, lift, push materials. Use the backhoe for easy digging. Wage $22-$24

Skid steer (aka Bobcat): perform equipment maintenance, is very maneuverable, lightweight, and has different attachments for various jobs.   Either has two tracks or four wheels. Wage $19-$21

Mini-Excavator: perform equipment maintenance, able to move into difficult areas, able to dig trenches and holes in tough to reach spots or near buildings. Wage $19-$21

Roller: perform equipment maintenance, compact soil, gravel, sand, etc.  Wage $19-$21
