Jane Thackrey – State Farm Agency, located in Baco Raton, FL has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Customer Service – Team Member. Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required. We will train the right person with the right skill set and ambition.

- $21.00 – $25.00 Base Salary (based on experience and insurance licenses)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Must obtain & retain State of Florida insurance licenses.
- Background in Life Insurance a plus!
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
