Overview
One of TriStarr's clients, a local non profit, is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant on a full time, temp – hire basis. The position will be based in Lancaster County, PA and is actively accepting applications.
This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling various administrative tasks with strict confidentiality. Key responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Board Support: Prepare and manage materials for Board meetings, attend meetings, and take detailed minutes.
- Confidentiality: Handle all tasks and information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, coordinate with property management for repairs, and restock kitchen supplies as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare agendas for All Staff, Management, and Leadership team meetings. Arrange for lunch orders and pickups if required.
- Meeting Support: Take notes during meetings as needed.

PAY RATE: $25/ hr
