Position Overview for the Solutions Architect:

Architectural and Technical Guidance: Provides direction to product development to ensure sound engineering design, processes, and quality practices are followed. Oversees the design of software, hardware, and infrastructure.

SDLC and Integration Management: Manages the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and continuous integration processes and tools, aiming to deliver high-quality, compelling products.

Leadership and Team Development: Builds and leads the software, hardware, and infrastructure development team, incorporating technical standardization into all aspects of services and solutions.

Organizational Balance and System Coherency: Ensures flexibility between build/buy scenarios, maintaining a coherent system architecture for internal development and application integration.
Required Skills for the Solutions Architect:

System Architecture and Integration: Deep understanding of solution architecture, particularly in healthcare settings, ensuring seamless integration of software, hardware, and infrastructure components. Experience in managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and continuous integration processes.

Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead development teams, driving overall architecture, design, build, and security of products. Skilled in developing and maintaining technical product roadmaps, and setting strategic direction for application and system components.

Emerging Technologies and Tools: In-depth knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and preferred familiarity with Epic and Cogito. Capable of evaluating and applying emerging technologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Strategic Collaboration and Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with business, clinical, IS, and research groups. Capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standardization visions.

Compensation Details:$64-$68/hr. W2. NOT OPEN TO C2C.
