IDR is seeking an IT Program Manager (Infrastructure) to join one of our top healthcare clients onsite in Denver, CO. This will be a contract position with potential to extend. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Program Manager (Infrastructure):
- Coordinate the CCaaS and CRM implementation and integration projects, specifically NICE CXOne
- Work closely with IT Lead, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for each project workstream
- Responsible for overall execution of the program to meet scope and schedule
- Manage program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Ensure program adherence to required IT methodology (e.g., release/deployment approach/methodology; design-to-deployment governance process [gating, testing, QA, etc.])
Required Skills for the IT Program Manager (Infrastructure):
- Healthcare information systems and user experience
- Agile/SCRUM experience
- CCaaS implementation experience; specifically leading full-scale deployments of NICE CXOne
- CRM/Workflow experience for CCaaS agent desktop, CXOne Implementation
- Salesforce, Google Cloud and ServiceNow experience is a plus

Compensation Details: $100-114/hr
