Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. HR Data Analyst:
– Collaborate with HR partners and functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable HR analytics projects.
– Develop reports in Workday to support analytics projects and stakeholders.
– Design and enhance Power BI dashboards using data visualization best practices.
– Maintain and enhance recurring analytic deliverables.
– Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and correlations in key workforce metrics.
Required Skills for Sr. HR Data Analyst:
– 5 years of relevant work experience with data and analytics.
– Experience in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik, or Tableau.
– Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
– Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
