Are you an outgoing people person who loves the thrill of making a deal? We’re looking for you! TriStarr’s client, a car dealership in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to respond to customer inquiries, guide them through the vehicle purchasing process, and ensure a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of vehicle features, and the ability to exceed sales targets. You will foster relationships with prospects, manage follow-ups, and provide personalized service to encourage repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, FaceTime, etc.
  • Send videos of vehicles of interest using the VIN Solutions app.
  • Proactively follow up with customers based on predetermined work plans.
  • Determine vehicle needs through attentive questioning and recommend alternative choices as necessary.
  • Inform customers about new products and features that align with their interests.

Sales Process & Post-Sales Support:

  • Maintain a prospect development system and set appointments.
  • Meet with prospects to review vehicle options and finalize sales.
  • Collaborate with dealership staff for smooth transactions.
  • Deliver vehicles, schedule first service appointments, and complete OS Plus/Connectivity/Sync for new customers.
  • Implement a follow-up system to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Sales Targets & Professional Growth:

  • Maintain personal income goals aligned with dealership standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and motivated personality.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like VIN Solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to meet prospects at their preferred locations.

Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Hours: Full-Time, Mon.-Fri.
