Overview
Assists clients with business solution definition as well as campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes through all or some of the following ways:
• Fully understands details of client’s data and Acxiom’s marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data.
• Executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
• Provides data, analysis, and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Research, trouble shoots, administers application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

**What You Will Do**
+ Take ownership of the research process for multiple technical operations/services, ensuring client happiness by delivering detailed data, informative analysis, and robust recommendations.
+ Offer consultation, support, communication, and training to teams and clients on campaign management tools and processes.
+ Act as a liaison with multi-channel partners, providing support for inquiries and facilitating new setups for transfer and encryption.
+ Assist with ad hoc projects as requested, showcasing your versatility and dedication to excellence.
+ Contribute to the process of managing changes for existing solutions, which may involve making adjustments to tools, processes, or solutions.
+ Address customer and partner concerns related to tool errors and data integrity to ensure a smooth client experience.
+ Coordinate application administration (extraction), leading all aspects of identifying, recommending, and detailing code changes or making appropriate modifications. Improve data documentation as needed and change processes for clients through established procedures.
+ Analyze and offer recommendations to clients on possible improvements in processing, redundancies, and efficient data utilization, fostering effective methods and exchanging knowledge with internal Acxiom teams.
+ Acquire deep knowledge in designated accounts and processes, becoming a trusted advisor for both clients and internal collaborators.
**What You Will Need**
+ A minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with no experience and a Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
+ Outstanding attention to detail, crucial for monitoring and auditing processes.
+ Proven ability to communicate with clients and internal collaborators, addressing complex questions, resolving issues, and conducting research for client marketing teams.
+ Experience in data processing and data integration, with a solid understanding of relational database design.
+ Proficiency with Campaign Management Tools and File Transfer Protocols.

**What Will Set You Apart**
+ Extensive knowledge of relational database design and application, as well as standard methodologies, frameworks, and design principles in at least two of the following areas: SQL/PL-SQL, Perl, Shell Scripting, Campaign Management Tools, Business Intelligence Tools, ETL Tools, UNIX/LINUX.
+ Deep knowledge of Information Technology practices and specific industry knowledge.
+ Proficiency with Jira and other project management tools.
