Overview
**Description**
The Supervisor Project Management role is responsible for assisting the Parking & Commuting Services Director. The role will be responsible for attending all new employee orientation for Providence Health Services, Swedish Health Services, SMG, PMG and all transportation fairs physically and virtually, is responsible for the day-to-day Luum interactions including all bus pass orders, parking assignments, carpool and vanpool matching reports and ensuring all caregivers are using Luum properly. Assists with all TMP and CTR Surveys and Annual Reports. Assists with monthly transportation letters and e-mails; completes monthly Edmonds CTR reimbursements, and assists with Edmonds quarterly reports as needed. Provides bus pass and parking assistance for Swedish Edmonds, SMC Issaquah, SMC Mill Creek and SMC Redmond and all other Providence sites withing the Puget Sound Region.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Associate’s Degree in Preferred fields are Public Health or other health sciences, Social Science, or Public Policy. Or equivalent education/experience.
+ 2 years Coordinating TMP, CTR, and MIMP for a large organization.
+ 2 years Administering a software platform.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
