Starr RegionalMedical Centeriscurrently seeking talent to fill the position ofLPN forourAthens Family Practicedepartment.Thisjobis permanent,full-time.

Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:
* Under the direction of the physician, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by the physician.
* Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. Mayadminister medication. Documents patient care given.
* Assistsphysician with development of plan of care.
* Monitors, documents, and communicates patient’s status and reactions to interventions with physician, patient, and families.
* Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Minimum EducationCompletion of LP/LV Nurse program (Diploma or Associate’s): â–¡ Preferred X RequiredLimited Liability Radiography Certification: X Preferred â–¡ Required

LPN/LVN License in the State of TN or another compact state
