1st Shift TIG Welder, Tampa

Job Title:      1st Shift TIG Welder/ Metal Fitter
Branch:         Pinellas

Type:             Term Temporary
Shift:              1st Shift 6AM to 4:30PM M-F. Occasional half days on Saturdays

Pay Rate:      20.00 to 25.00 dollars per hour-weld test required
Location:       Tampa, FL 33605




Job Summary:        
•    Work from sales orders and blueprints to complete weldments
•    Tig, Mig, or Stick Weld as directed to complete products
•    MUST BE ABLE TO TIG WELD and there will be a WELD TEST
•    Majority of the focus will be on quality Tig Welding

Qualifications:
•    Quality driven and a result oriented focus
•    Experience in a Fab/manufacturing environment is a must
•    Tig, Mig, and Stick Welding background with fitting experience a must have.
•    Experience with Stainless Steel Welding is a must.
•    Brake Press, Sheer, or Rolling experience is highly beneficial
•    Proficient at reading all shop blueprints
•    Possess mathematical skills and the ability to work with drawing dimensions and tolerances
•    Ability to work in a non-airconditioned environment.
•    Ability to stand and work for up to 10 hours.
•    Ability to lift 50 lb.
•    Must adhere to all safety procedures.
•    Must wear all applicable PPE, including but not limited to steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs.
•    Must have reliable transportation.
•    Must be able to pass a drug test.
•    Must be able to pass a national criminal background check.
