We are seeking ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Administrative Assistant to become part of our team!
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Perform data entry duties and data management to support warehouse and production release requirements. 
  • Provide day to day administrative support including assisting to prepare reports.
  • Coordinate and confirm all calendar matters including internal and external meetings, establishing conference calls and coordinating meetings. 
 
Requirements for this role include:
  • Understand the planning process including work package and cost tracking requirements by contract and customer. 
  • Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience preferably with a construction or industrial companies. 
  • Must have strong task and time management skills and be detail oriented.
  • Strong mathematical skills. 
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to include overtime.
