TriStarr’s client, a Lancaster County Certified Public Accounting firm, is seeking a full-time temporary Administrative Assistant to assist during their busy tax season.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will greet and assist clients upon arrival.
- You will answer and direct phone calls.
- You will copy & file documents.
- You will perform other duties, tasks or projects as assigned.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You have a HS degree or equivalent.
- You have 1+ years of Administrative and/or Front Desk experience.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary (through end of April, possibility of Permanent)
START DATE: approx. 3/4/23 (possibly sooner)
PAY RANGE: $18-$20/hr.
HOURS: Full-time, 9:00am – 5:00pm, 35 hrs./wk., some overtime during April
DRESS CODE: Business professional
