Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Clerk:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prescription Management: accurately process new and refill prescription requests and handle the sale of previously filled prescriptions.
- Transaction Handling: Follow standard procedures for closing the cash drawer and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
Required Skills:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting clearly with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in handling cash and reconciling transactions according to standard procedures.
- Careful attention to detail in managing prescriptions and financial transactions.
- Capability to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, including processing prescriptions and closing the cash drawer.
- Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries or issues effectively.
