Farmers Insurance District Office in Mesa, Arizona, is looking for an organized, and motivated leader to join our team as an Agency Development Consultant. You will be responsible to develop and implement recruiting and sales strategies to meet company goals, manage and mentor a team of insurance sales representatives, and maintain strong relationships with Farmers Insurance Agents.

A qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success in previous sales or recruiting roles. Your base salary will begin at $45,000 plus commissions and bonuses, with long-term advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- * Meet recruiting and new business production goals and objectives as established.
- * Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- * Be outstanding at relationship building.
- * Develop and implement recruiting and lead generation activities.
- * Schedule recruiting appointments to build candidate pipeline.
- * Work independently and as part of a team
- * A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- * A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
- * Prior recruiting or sales experience is preferred.
