IDR is seeking a Agile Coach to join one of our top clients in Rochester, MN.
This is a 1 year remote contract. This role is perfect for an experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about implementing Agile frameworks and driving team efficiency. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Agile Coach:

Serve as an active Agile Coach for a one-year contract term

Implement and guide Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and Extreme Programming
-
Utilize Agile Management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to enhance team productivity

Collaborate with the team to ensure the appropriate framework is used for each project
-
Leverage your healthcare sector experience to navigate industry-specific challenges
Required Skills for Agile Coach:

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience as an active Agile Coach

8+ years of experience on an Agile team
-
3+ years of experience in two or more of the following: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Extreme Programming
-
3 years of experience with Agile Management tool Jira or Azure DevOps
-
SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required
-
Healthcare experience is highly preferred

Compensation Details: $102.59/hr
