IDR is seeking a dedicated and experienced AP Analyst to join one of our top clients in El Segundo, CA. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Accounts Payable and a knack for data analysis. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AP Analyst:
- Manage Vendor Master additions and change requests in compliance with the Accounts Payable SLA
- Oversee the Vendor Master Database data cleansing project, including validating data, vendor information, and remit information
- Handle corporate Fed Ex account management, adding new accounts as needed and updating accounts for EDI billing
- Compile ad-hoc reports as required by management
- Participate in other duties or projects as requested by management
- This is a contract position through 1/31/2025
Required Skills for AP Analyst:
- Minimum of 5 years Accounts Payable experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Understanding of end-to-end AP accounting transactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, solid customer service approach, and strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
